Engaging the local youth in projects involving Science, Technology, Engineering, Math.
Teaching the youth in our community the process of building a robot through Design, Mechanical, Electrical, and Programming workshops.
Updating our community and keeping them engaged with STEM through social media, following our progress, successes, and competitions.
Rabbotics team members collaborate with kids that are wanting to get into robotics. We team up with FLL to help kids build robots of their own with Legos.
At Cubberly we mentored middle schoolers about robot design for their first few months, and we taught them different ways to approach and learn about STEM.
FIRST Robotics Team Collaborations!
We participated in the OCRA Robot Showcase, highlighting our team and Infinite Recharge robot to teams around SoCal.
We invited rookie teams to come build their chassis with us. We mentored FRC teams 4964, 8135, and 8336. For more photos, click here.
Every year we join Momentum, FRC team 4999 for mock kickoff. Watch us show off our robot designs!

Energized local elementary school students while demonstrating our robot!
Developed a close partnership with a local machine shop to produce mechanisms and procure materials for our robot!
Showed off our robot to people on the sidewalk and explored the inside interactive booths!
One of our alumni, Dan Dao, a member at Long Beach Rocketry, a club at CSULB, organized a high school student tour. There we learned about what skills they developed and what they did.
A great time for kids to drive our robot and learn all about STEM Industries and jobs. Also candy, that too. Click here for a short wholesome video of joy.
The school science fair at Cabrillo High School was a great way to meet other teams and give the little kids some inspiration for what high school robotics was like. Of course, we also let them drive our robot. To learn more, click here.
At Cal Heights United Methodist Church we showed off our robot to kids there. They really loved catching the ball!
We visited Virgin Orbit in Downey, an airplane company seeking to use its planes to deploy satellites into space. We got a close look at the insides of some engines!
Boeing has invited us to many demos, here is our first one in 2018 at the Boeing Hanger in Long Beach. We talked with other professionals there to recruit mentors and learn more about professions. We were invited the next year in 2019 for one at the Hanger and another at Seal Beach.
Our panel featured speakers from CSULB Department of Biomedical Engineering, MicroVention, and Long Beach Polytechnic High School.
Our community and team members heard from a Chemical Engineer and Expert in Environmental Informatics!
Our community and team members gained some insights into mechanical and aerospace engineering and larger industry!
